High School Senior $1750 Scholarship Application

Thursday, February 09, 2017 6:18 PM | Beth Riser (Administrator)

The Evergreen Artists Association (EAA) is offering the following annual scholarship of $1,750 to a graduating senior living mountain area high school in the foothills including Evergreen, Clear Creek County, Gilpin County and Platte Canyon County, who plans to major or minor in the Visual Arts in college in the fall following graduation.

The Evergreen Artists Association Scholarship is based on merit and not need. The scholarship award is applied toward tuition at the school the winning student attends in the fall following graduation. We encourage students who plan to major in the visual arts to submit photographs of work created in various media. All two- and three-dimensional media art works are eligible.

Interested students should submit 8-10 images of their best work. Judges are looking for imagination, originality, skillful execution and professional presentation to be juried for the scholarship.
